Gomi Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Gomi, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Service Description and Human Oversight

Gomi provides software and supervised digital specialists (Gomis) to help business owners organize, plan, and execute operational and commercial workflows. The platform operates under human-in-the-loop governance: actions with external or consequential impact (such as sending messages, publishing content, or allocating funds) require explicit user approval through the system's authority gates.

3. Owner Responsibilities

You are the director and sole legal owner of your business. Drafts, analyses, and recommendations produced by Gomis are productivity tools and do not constitute certified legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for reviewing all outputs before acting on them and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree to use Gomi lawfully and ethically. You shall not:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive business practices.
• Generate spam or unauthorized unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to breach security measures, reverse engineer, or compromise tenant isolation boundaries.
• Process unauthorized government or public-sector credentials within the service.

5. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

All platform software, designs, trademarks, and the 2.5D Gomi character assets are the exclusive property of StarkLab / Cyberindustree. Conversely, you retain complete and exclusive ownership of all business data, client records, uploaded files, and generated artifacts in your workspace.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellation

Paid tiers and usage allowances are managed through subscriptions processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings without penalty. Cancellation halts recurring billing at the conclusion of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gomi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free outputs from upstream AI model providers. StarkLab shall not be liable for indirect commercial damages, loss of profits, or business outcomes resulting from user decisions.
